Russell’s passion for construction started early, growing up around his parents’ businesses. As a 3rd generation plumber, you could say he was practically born with a wrench in hand—plumbing and problem-solving run in his blood. He’s enthusiastic about tools, technology, and enjoys taking on challenging projects with his team. When he’s off the clock, Russell loves spending time with his wife, his two kiddos—Rhett and Gemma.
