Misty has been part of the Davis family since the late '90s and is celebrating 27 incredible years with us as of August 2025! As the lifeline of our company, she’s the friendly voice on the other end of the line—matching customers with the right expert and making sure every call gets the attention it deserves. Known for her dedication, heart, and no-nonsense scheduling skills, Misty helps keep the entire operation running smoothly. Outside of work, she treasures time with her family—especially her grandkids, who have her heart (and usually her snacks).
